DPAP Architects is based in New Delhi as a professional and diverse design firm working on architectural, master planning and interior design commissions. The firm was established in 2007 by Architect Deependra Prashad. Throughout the firm’s journey, it has deeply ingrained its design philosophy into achieving design nirvana through the principles of sustainability based on a strong contextual approach. We firmly believe that a greener future is the way forward to a healthy and productive society.

The firm offers comprehensive Architectural design services for Office, residential, institutional and industrial buildings, for Master Planning Campuses and for Detailed interior designwork. Correspondingly, our team consists of architects, civil engineers and interior designers who are committed to this design philosophy and towards complete client satisfaction.

ABOUT FOUNDER

In the realm of low-energy and sustainable architecture, Deependra Prashad with his 29 years of experience has worked on Construction and Research projects both domestically and internationally. He has written on and consulted for the government, non-governmental organizations, the United Nations, and the commercial sector on matters pertaining to sustainable design, community planning techniques, appropriate building materials and the development of educational infrastructure. He is the Principal Architect and Sustainable Design consultant for many iconic buildings like UHBVN Office Building – ‘The first Super ECBC compliant Building in the country’, RBI Office Building, Indira Paryavaran Bhawa, Delhi and many more. He has also been a faculty, juror and lecturer in sustainable design principles at the various SPAs and IIT’s in India.

In order to satisfy the user brief and desire and to create to perfection, we have developed our technique and fine tuned it over our years of experience.
