The triple-height banking hall has been designed as a collaboration of the grandeur of the space with practicality. And with the introduction of the country's first specialized automated banking vault, the project's aims for a definitive path towards innovative approach and commitment to security.
Furthermore, providing covered multistory parking and excellent staff facilities, including housing, reflects a commitment to convenience and comfort for everyone involved.

The Atal School of Engineering, Management and Entrepreneurship at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi is a flagship institution built on an area of 29000 sqm which has been promoted by the Govt. of India in the respective academic fields. The Building been designed in harmony with its natural environment and integrates with its rocky landscape to develop its open spaces and a place specific aesthetic .

A significant feature of this project is the Circular Lecture Theatre Block, which has halls designed with variable seating capacities. The adaptability of these spaces ensures that the infrastructure can support diverse academic activities, from large lectures to smaller, interactive sessions and adapt to different batch sizes and teaching methodologies. Open Cutouts have been created in the structure wherever one encounters visible surface rocks, to create informal sitouts, exhibition & display spaces. Additionally, the building's design emphasises energy efficiency through elements like promotion of cross ventilation and natural illumination via narrow floor plates. These features reduce the need for artificial lighting, air conditioning and thrives on wide open passages for circulation and interaction. The Building is designed primarily from a walking perspective with G+3 storeys interconnected by wide open stairwells and passages

The Malviya National Institute of Technology's (MNIT) initiative in Jaipur was planned as the region's first Net-Zero building project. Currently an unbuilt project of the firm, this has a built area of 35,000 square feet within the MNIT Jaipur Campus. This project has been planned as a demonstration of sustainable construction techniques and renewable energy integration into a building. As a building including laboratories for the Energy department of the MNIT, it is situated to facilitate cutting-edge research in crucial areas like solar energy, biomass, low-energy cooling, and related fields, i.e. creating a Living lab.

A meticulous approach to energy modeling using Design Builder and e-Quest software is emphasized. Energy simulations are crucial for understanding the building's potential energy consumption and identifying strategies to achieve net-zero energy status. 

Being in Jaipur, at the cusp of the Composite and Arid zones, it is designed partly into the ground with a recessed courtyard generating cool air ventilation into the surrounding built spaces. Common walls and mutual shading from one block to the other, together with shading on common spaces, hopes to create an active, lively and comfortable academic atmosphere. Thermal energy generated by twin dish collectors is utilized to run the VAM chillers and create low energy cooling. Radiant cooling is planned through cool water piping incorporated in the structure.  These and other sustainable building techniques like earth air tunnels, insulating materials are demonstrated in the various laboratories / live labs.  This building is poised not only to serve as a hub for groundbreaking research but also as a living example of sustainable architecture and energy efficiency, inspiring similar initiatives across the country.

The energy storage blocks within the campus creates a symbolic representation in architectural design, likely emphasizing the significance of energy within the context of the refinery's operations.
The incorporation of natural light and cross ventilation throughout the floor plates via green terraces is a smart architectural strategy. Not only does it enhance the occupants' comfort and well-being, but it also reduces the reliance on artificial lighting and mechanical ventilation, contributing to energy efficiency and a healthier indoor environment.
The utilization of cutting-edge, low-embodied energy materials aligns with sustainable building practices. As the office building of the Ministry of Environment, Forests, and Climate Change, the IPB's plays a significant role in sustainability. DPAP’s involvement with CPWD in executing this project together contributed monumental efforts in sustainable architecture.

The emphasis on maximizing natural light and implementing water conservation measures at every possible level showcases a holistic approach to sustainability. These world-class amenities include a fully equipped swimming pool, the Central Mess Building for communal dining and gatherings, indoor and outdoor firing ranges for marksmanship training, a well-equipped gym, an outdoor fitness area, spacious indoor auditorium halls for conducting classes and meetings, and specialized obstacle training facilities.

Housing the SCAB, administrative offices, and various BPR outfits within the building emphasizes the consolidation of diverse functions in a single sustainable structure. This approach streamlines operations while fostering a cohesive work environment.
Adhering to sustainability standards within the framework of the structures' current architectural style showcases a balance between tradition and modern sustainability principles. The seven-floor main office with a Central Atrium not only optimizes space utilization but also potentially enhances natural light and ventilation, contributing to energy efficiency and occupant well-being.

Additionally, the provision of a guest house and a DGM residence designed independently ensures privacy while complementing the overall architectural harmony of the complex.

The Amarkanthak Bhawan, serving as the office building for the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) within the Madhya Pradesh government, represents a pivotal administrative hub. 
The design for Amarkanthak Bhawan minimizes the general public circulation and effectively increases the space for the offices. The minimal circulation space segregates the general zone from the office zone. Located in Allahabad of Humid Sub-tropical climate, Central courtyard has been provided which lets in the natural light and air, thus reducing humidity within the building. Also, Open Terraces have been provided which serves a social point for the occupants.  
The utility of sustainable and natural materials in interior design not only promotes environmental consciousness but also fosters a healthier indoor environment for occupants. Sustainable materials tend to have lower environmental impact during production and contribute to better air quality within the building. This aligns with the broader global trend toward eco-friendly construction and design practices.

The Amarkanthak Bhawan's development represents an admirable synergy of functionality, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility, setting a standard for sustainable office spaces within government infrastructure.







Madhya Pradesh urban development company limited (MPUDCL)

The interior design for ABRPL, a public sector oil refining joint venture company in Assam, India involves not just aesthetics but also functionality and practicality, considering the needs of the employees and the company's image. Creating a comprehensive interior design involves everything from space planning, choosing materials and finishes, furniture selection, lighting design, and possibly incorporating elements that reflect the company's ethos and culture.
Given that it's a project involving civil structure and interior design, it's likely an endeavor, ensuring that the interior spaces seamlessly integrate with the building's architecture while optimizing the utilization of available space. Understanding the company's requirements and preferences would be crucial in designing spaces that are not just visually appealing but also conducive to productivity and efficiency. Incorporating elements that promote a positive work environment and align with the company's branding or identity might also be part of the design considerations.
The Design incorporates all the modern facilities with the integration of natural materials like bamboo. It is a local material which is widely available in the region and is eco-friendly. It is used in the wall claddings, partitions and sit-outs as bamboo wood planks. The office zone has been divided by a central sitting space which provides a relaxing, earthly and social environment for the occupants thereby helping the employ in increasing his/her efficiency. The sitting space is designed in proximity to the workstations with maximum green coverage. Thus, imposing a healthy impact on the office environment.

The Reserve Bank of India's residential complex in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, spanning around 30,000 square meters is a perfect example for sustainability and modern living concepts.
Attaining an IGBC Green Homes Gold rating highlights the complex's adherence to stringent environmental standards, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, low-energy structures and materials, water sustainability, and effective waste management. Creating a pedestrian-friendly environment that facilitates easy movement between apartments, the club, and commercial spaces without crossing traffic emphasizes convenience, promotes a sense of community, and encourages a healthier lifestyle. The location on Sahastradhara Road further enhances the accessibility and connectivity of the complex, potentially contributing to a more vibrant and cohesive community.

The HPL Pharmaceuticals project in southeast China is an innovative venture that's integrating both functionality and cultural principles into its design.

Designing a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with Feng Shui principles demonstrates a commitment to cultural values while catering to industrial needs. Incorporating Feng Shui often involves optimizing energy flow and creating a harmonious environment, which, when applied to a workspace, can enhance productivity and well-being.

The natural light within the industrial setting is maximized, as it not only reduces the need for artificial lighting but also positively impacts the well-being and productivity of employees. Additionally, prioritizing a minimal site footprint to allow more space for greenery showcases an eco-conscious approach, contributing to a healthier environment and possibly reducing the facility's environmental impact.

Designing the structure to harness maximum power for utilities like HVAC systems and incorporating water-efficient systems that collect rainfall demonstrate a commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. HPL Pharmaceuticals

The New DC Office Building in Chandigarh's Sector 17, spanning a substantial site area of over 2 acres and boasting a built-up area of approximately 350,000 square feet is a significant building in the area. Being a facility for the Chandigarh Administration, this multi-story facility is set to become a prominent addition to the city's landscape potentially making it a hub for administrative activities and public services. It is targeted to achieve GRIHA 5-Star rating by emphasizing on energy efficiency through green building design. This incorporates features that reduce energy consumption, promote environmental conservation, and create a healthier indoor environment.

The G+6 floor structure allows for efficient use of space while potentially incorporating state-of-the-art technology and design elements to maximize energy efficiency and occupant comfort. The Building follows the guidelines of Chandigarh incorporating its Architectural Elements and Frame Control. The building has been designed in a way that it minimizes the heat intake and has a minimal circulation. Office areas promotes flexible partitioning and no cabins are placed on the window side in order to allow the daylight penetration into the space. Indoor Green areas are proposed for the aesthetic and wellbeing of the occupants. 

Overall, the New DC Office Building seems poised to become a landmark in Chandigarh, not just for its size and scale but also for its commitment to sustainability and setting a benchmark for green infrastructure in the region.

This Buidling is planned with full Solar Plant backup, natural lighting and ventilation, a high level of
insulation to prevent any heat ingress reducing the heat load to a third of the usual. This is a Svagriha 5 star rated building.
This industrial project for manufacturing Neutraceuticals, Herbal cosmetics was designed retaining a strong focus on a state of the art clean room based production processes, while creating an efficient material movement and environmentally responsive building services..
The building has been planned for natural lighting, efficient cross-ventilation, roof rainwater harvesting, the reuse of waste water from the RO for washbasins and toilet flushing. Additionally, this fairly tall building in a small plot has been scaled down by a stepped profile and vertical greens on the front façade.
